God’s precious gift

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.”

“Noemi” with family and “Zoe” at work, soft-spoken with gentle love and childlike faith, had a deep love of worship, God’s Word, family, children, and being in the house of the Lord. After growing up in a small Philippine province, she worked most of her adult life as a caring registered nurse, 20 years in Los Angeles and 5 years in Saudi Arabia. Her life passion, however, was serving her Lord Jesus wherever she could, always ready to warmly share the hope and love of God.

For the past 20 years, Noemi has been an invaluable servant in our fellowship at Calvary Chapel Echo Park. She poured love on our children, was a student of the Bible, served with our ladies' fellowships and was on the worship team [how she loved to worship!].

Our hearts are broken but our faith in the hope of heaven where she is now strengthens us. “My daughter, your faith has healed you.” For Noemi, our daughter and sister in Christ, her faith has turned to sight. She is home!

The Memorial Service will be Saturday, August 29, 11 AM at Calvary Chapel Burbank, 2707 N. Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504.
