William is survived by his loving mother, Lupe Garcia, sisters, Lupe Tagle, Gloria Hernandez, brother, Gilbert Garcia, daughters, Linnette Martinez, Julie Garcia, Rosie Garcia, sons, Robert Garcia, William R. Garcia, Anthony Garcia, and many grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 am on Monday, March 9, 2009 at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California.
Graveside service will be at 1:30 pm on Monday, March 9, 2009 at the Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
