Born in Hong Kong on June 6, 1957, Bill lived a rich and purposeful life marked by his dedication to his profession and his family.
Bill was a mechanical engineer specializing in the air systems industry, where he contributed over fifty-one years of exemplary service. His expertise and commitment profoundly impacted the field, and his legacy endures through the many advancements and innovations he helped bring to fruition. Throughout his career, Bill was recognized for his meticulous attention to detail, his problem-solving skills, and his unwavering integrity—all qualities that earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers alike.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Bill was a devoted husband and father. He is survived by his loving wife, Gigi Mui Chow of Rowland Heights, and his cherished daughter, Stephanie Chow of Orange. Their love and support were a constant source of strength and happiness in his life.
