Virginia Castaneda was born to William and Josephine Ochoa on November 24, 1950 and entered into eternal rest November 8, 2015 at her residence in Arcadia, California. She was 64 years old. Previously Virginia was employed in the medical field as a Systems Advisor for over 42 years.
Virginia was a lover of Zumba, baking, entertaining, working in the yard, spending time with her family, especially her grand children. She loved to watch the cooking channel, detective shows, BBC, and Judge Judy. She loved to travel, loved life and all new adventures. Virginia always was upbeat, smiling, had a positive attitude and brought laughter and comfort to all she crossed paths.
Virginia is survived by her loving daughter Evette Castaneda Howe of Ojai, California and her two grandchildren; Michaela Danielle Howe and Parker Neal Howe also of Ojai. She also leaves behind her two siblings; Gloria Weiss of Glendora and brother Kenneth Ochoa of Alhambra.
The family requests those who attend her Celebration of Life to NOT wear black.
