Vinard Lindel Mandrell was born to Vinard Ben and Ida Mae (Merchant) Mandrell on January 13, 1949 in Chowchilla, California and entered into eternal rest on November 21, 2016 in Whittier, California. He was 67 years old, Vinard owned and operated his own Heating and Air Conditioning business for over 30 years.
Vinard is survived by his loving wife Filo Pascalide of Whittier, California. He also leaves behind many loving family members and friends. Vinard will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
