It is with great sadness that the family of Victor Rubio announces that he passed away in West Covina, CA on September 30, 2024. He immigrated from Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a Truck Driver for most of his life. He was preceded in death by Maria Rubio, his wife of 44 years. He is survived by one son, five daughters, seven grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
