Ronald Dale Johnson, 69, was born in Montana on May 5, 1942 and passed away in Paramount, Ca. on June 8, 2011.
Mr. Johnson was previously a self-employed graphic artist in the automobile industry for 43 years. He served his country from 1962-1967 in the U.S. Navy and was given an Honorable Discharge.
Mr. Johnson enjoyed street rods and quarter mile drag racing. He loved bluegrass and celtic music and played the guitar and mandolin. He most enjoyed being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Lynda Johnson of Long Beach, his daughters, Charmaine Johnson of Hemet, Jolie Johnson of Long Beach and Andrea Brown of Florida. He also leaves 5 grandchildren.
A service is pending at Riverside National Cemetery, where his interment will be held with military honors.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
