REBECCA MEDINA BUENAVENTURA

Rebecca Medina Buenaventura, born on April 11, 1953, was called home to her Savior on May 8, 2025. She is now reunited with her loving Father and Mother, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and faith that touched everyone around her.

Rebecca was known for her exceptional intellect, graduating as valedictorian from San Juan Elementary School in San Fernando Pampanga. She furthered her education by pursuing a degree as an X-ray Technician at Family Clinic Hospital in Manila. Throughout her life, she demonstrated a commitment to excellence in her work and a genuine desire to help others.

Those who knew Rebecca will fondly remember her as a deeply loving and compassionate person. Her generous spirit meant that she was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. With a smile that could light up a room, Rebecca faced the challenges of life with grace and determination, consistently putting her faith in God above all else to guide her through turbulent times.

Rebecca is survived by her devoted family, which includes her siblings: Vilamor Medina of Toronto, Canada, Benjamin Medina of Montebello, Amelia Medina of Dusseldorf, Germany, Myrna M. Gopez of Las Vegas, NV, Avelino Medina of San Diego, Fe M. Henson of Montebello, and Roberta M. Pagulong of Hong Kong. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.

Rebecca Medina Buenaventura’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, and her legacy of kindness and faith will continue to inspire those she has left behind.
