Peter Javier Perez, 51, was born in Del Rio, Texas on July 21, 1958, and passed away in Monterey Park, California on October 9, 2009.
Peter is survived by his loving mother, Socorro Perez of Montebello, sister, Aida Horwitz and brother in law Mark.
He also leaves his nephew Aaron and niece Amy.
Peter was a talented musician and a member of the band Nation of Aztlan. He was also a member of the Life Style Car Club and Ambassador for the Montebello Chamber of Commerce. He touched the lives of many people and was always willing to help others.
Peter may be gone but not forgotten. He will be truly be missed by those who knew him.
Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, October 26, 2009, at Risher Mortuary Chapel in Montebello, California.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at the Calvary Chapel, 931 South Maple Ave., Montebello, Ca. 90640, with interment following at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, California.
