Ovanes Haroutuni Balayan, 90, was born on July 25, 1929 in Armenia, and entered into eternal rest on December 29, 2019 in Glendale, California.
Ovanes dedicated over 40 years of hard work and service working as a publisher for a newspaper company.
Ovanes is survived by his loving family: Sons, Ara Balayan and Alek Balayan, and Daughter, Alice Tchaghtzbanian. Ovanes is also survived by Zola Arzounian, Grace Balayan, Knar and Mike Solakian, Nerses Balayan, Maro Sarksian, as well as their families.
Ovanes was met at the gates of Heaven by his son Herach "Balayan" Arzounian who preceded him in death.
