Maria Guadalupe Serna passed away on October 18, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. She was born on February 25, 1952, in Mexico.

Maria will be remembered with love by those who knew her. She worked in customer service for three years in the restaurant industry, a role that reflected her dedication and service to others.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donasiano Serna Jr.

Maria’s memory lives on in her sons, Daniel R. Serna, Patrick M. Serna, and James C. Serna. May her family find comfort in the love they shared with her and in the lasting place she holds in their hearts.

A second visitation will be held on November 19, 2026, from 9:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Risher Mortuary & Cremation Service, 1316 W Whittier Blvd, Montebello, California 90640. A graveside service will follow on November 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, California 92518.
