Magdalena Petra Arredondo, 77, was born in Guadalajara, Mexico on October 23, 1935 and passed away in Baldwin Park, Ca. on January 17, 2013. Magdalena was previously employed as a Teacher's Aide for 20 years at the Cortez St. Elementary School.
A Viewing will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel. A Catholic Vigil will be held the same evening at 6:00 pm also in the Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills.
Magdalena is survived by her sons, Juan (Lupita) Arredondo of Rosemead, Alan (Rosemarie) Arredondo of West Covina, Rolando Arredondo of Rosemead and Terry Arredondo of Los Angeles. She also leaves her grandchildren, Aileen, Alyssa and Joaquin Arredondo and her great grandaughter, Abbey Arredondo.
