Jose is survived by his loving wife Elisa Silva and his 7 children; Javier Avina Silva, Leticia Munguia, Samuel Avina Silva, Maria de Jesus Serrano, Hermilo Avina Silva, Jose Avina Silva and Alma Delia Diaz. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren.
