Jeffrey is survived by his beloved wife, Sylvia Mahlstede, and their two sons, Christian Mahlstede of Whittier and Adrian Mahlstede of Downey. His mother, Billie Mahlstede, continues to carry his legacy, as do his brother, Kenny Mahlstede (Cindy) of La Habra, and many other family members who cherished him deeply.
He was a devoted uncle to his nephews: Kyle Mahlstede (Teresa) of La Habra, Trevor Schlieper of Colorado Springs, CO, Ian Schlieper of Colorado Springs, CO, Noah Perez of Rosemead, and Bricen Perez of Portland, OR. He also treasured his nieces: Kaylee Sirignano (Pellegrino) and their son Baby Carter Sirignano of Rancho Santa Margarita, and Kristen Schlieper-Pocras (Gabe) of Denver, CO. Additionally, he held a special bond with his sister-in-law, Leni Schlieper (Scott) of Colorado Springs, CO.
Jeffrey's loyal labrador, Blue, was a constant companion throughout his journey, reminding all who knew him of the joy and unconditional love that pets bring into our lives.
