Javier Vasquez Villalobos was born on Sept. 3, 1956, in San Francisco Del Oro, Chihuahua, Mexico. Javier died on Oct 21, 2026, at his home in Downey, California, surrounded by his family. He was one of 11 children and came to the United States when he was 15 years old. He resided in Long Beach, California, where he met his wife of 50 years, Zetta Vasquez. Together they had 3 beautiful children, Brandi, Amy & Arcadio.

Javier leaves behind five grandchildren: Johnathan and his wife, Denise; Myleigh; Alexa; AJ; and Jacob. He also leaves behind three great-grandchildren, Brooklynn, Kayleigh, and Isaiah, with one more on the way.

Javier considered many other children his grandchildren, too. If you were lucky enough to be in his presence, you knew how deeply he loved his family and friends.

His passing leaves a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him, but his kindness, faith, love, and countless memories he created will remain in their hearts.

Javier was preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law, older brother Saul, sister-in-law Laura, brother-in-law Dave, sister-in-law Trish, and his beloved son, Arcadio. There is comfort in knowing that Javier is reunited with Arcadio. Together again, they are back where they belong, doing donuts and burnouts side by side.
