Javier A. Jimenez, 57 was born in Tijuana, Mexico on September 28, 1955 and passed away in Whittier, California on December 23, 2012. Mr. Jimenez worked in the dry cleaning industry, starting out at Murphy's Cleaners in Montebello giving great care to the uniforms of local law enforcement officers, and continuing on to work at Emerson-Lamay Cleaners of Pacific Palisades.
A Visitation Service will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2012 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Risher Montebello Mortuary with a Vigil Service beginning at 6:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 31, 2012 at 9:00 am at St. Benedict's Catholic Church in Montebello.
Javier is survived by his wife Irma of Montebello, daughter Diana (Daniel) Jimenez Ramirez of Tulare, his sons Daniel, David, and Fidel Jimenez of Montebello, Javier and Hector Jimenez of Pomona. He also leaves sisters Martha Jimenez of Tijuana, Mexico, Magdalena Jimenez of New Mexico, Irma Yolanda Jimenez of Whittier, Anaberta Jimenez and Cristina Jimenez, both of San Ysidro, Veronica Jimenez and Angelica Jimenez of Montebello, Rebeca Ines Jimenez of El Monte, Sandra Jimenez of Las Vegas, NV, and brothers Fidel Jimenez, Manuel Isabel Jimenez, Enrique Jimenez, Juan Carlos Jimenez all of Tijuana, Mexico and Raul Jimenez Gonzalez of El Cajon, CA. Javier is also survived by seven grandchildren and is predeceased by his brother Jimmy Jimenez.
