In her personal life, Janice was a loving mother to her daughters, Angela Lasch (Scott Lasch) of Lakewood and Gina Rodriguez of Elgin, Texas. She took immense pride in her grandchildren: Amanda Tolleson, Aubrey Gomez, and Zane Tolleson, all of Texas; Nathanael Lasch and Caleb Lasch of Lakewood; and Jordan Lasch (Makenna Lasch) of Pomona. As a great-grandmother, she cherished her time with Scottie Lasch and Charlotte Lasch of Pomona, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.

Janice shared a special bond with her sister, Loretta Sutton (Stanley Sutton) of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Their connection was a source of strength and comfort throughout their lives.
