Eloisa Ramos, 72, was a long time resident of Southern, California, was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on January 27, 1934 and passed away in Tucson, Arizona on December 10, 2007.
Eloisa was a great cook and a natural in the kitchen. Besides her bus trips with the seniors, she especially enjoyed playing the slot machine in the casinos.
Eloisa is survived by her loving family, daughter Angie Gutierrez of Tucson, Arizona, son, Efrain Reza of Tucson, Arizona, twelve grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, sisters, Audelia Laija of Yorba Linda, California, Sophie Rodriguez of Ontario, California, and numerous nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her son Louie Reza in August, 1997.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, December 17, 2007 at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Vigil will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, December 17, 2007 at Risher Mortuary Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 18 2007 at 11:15 am at the Saint Mary of the Assumption Church, 7215 Newlin Ave., Whittier, California, 90601, with interment following at Resurrection Cemetery, Montebello, California.
