Celia Garcia was born to Griselda and Esnoraldo Garcia on September 18, 1937 in Colombia and entered into eternal rest on August 30, 2016 in Huntington Beach, California. She was 78 years old.
Celia is survived by her nine siblings; Maria Teresita (John A. Venegas) of Colombia, Maria Garcia of Montebello, Ruby Garcia Ramirez of North Carolina, Margarita Garcia of Miami, Florida, Hernando (Isabel) Garcia of Montebello, Magnolia Garcia-Duque of New York, Gloria Garcia of Whittier, Luis Garcia of Colombia.. She also leaves behind her nieces Martha Posada of Montebello, Cristina Fuentes of Whittier and her nephew Cesar Mejia of Montebello as well as many other nieces and nephews.
