Carlos is survived by his loving family: Wife, Bertha Villegas of Norwalk, Ca., Children, Sonia Huizar (Gabriel) of Whittier, Ca., Carlos Villegas Delgado (Wendy) of Norwalk, Ca., Jose Villegas (Julie) of Simi Valley, Ca., Luis M. Villegas (Amber) of Norwalk, Ca., 11 Grandchildren, Sisters, Consuelo Villegas and Esperanza Villegas of Mx., along with other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Carlos was greeted at the gates of Heaven by his brother Jose Luis Villegas who preceded Carlos in death.
