Billy served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged for his honorable and faithful service to our great nation. Billy also dedicated his time and hard work to the City of Whittier, working in the sanitation department for over 25 years.
Billy is survived by his loving family: Son, William Wattie, Sister, Shirley Wimberley, Niece, Linda Guerrero, and other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
