With deep respect and loving remembrance, we acknowledge the passing of Arthur Gutierrez, who left this world on June 20, 2026, in Montebello, California, at the age of 97. Arthur was born on January 11, 1929, in Los Angeles, California. In nearly a century of life, he witnessed remarkable changes in the world while steadfastly remaining devoted to his family.

Arthur was born and raised into the circus entertainment life. He started performing at a very young age and traveled for over twenty-five years all over the United States with his parents and siblings, performing with various shows including his family-owned circus, Circo Gutierrez. Following his time on the road, he dedicated more than thirty-four years to a career in shipping and receiving for the retail industry. His commitment, reliability, and strong work ethic marked his professional years, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike. He retired at the age of 62 to spend the remainder of his long, blessed life cherished by his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Jovita Gutierrez; his former wife, Blanca Campa Hall; his son, Arthur Gutierrez; his daughter, Irma Gutierrez; and his siblings, Albert Gutierrez, Amparo Rodrigues, Amelia Lopez, Aurora Gomez, Arnulfo (Johnny) Gutierrez, Alicia Caudill, and Armida Smith.

His legacy lives on through those who survive him. He is dearly missed by his sister, Antonieta Pichardo; his grandchildren, James Gonzales, Nadine Garcia, Amy Baker, Melissa Crawford, David Gutierrez, and Sarah Gutierrez; his great-grandchildren, Amanda Gonzales, Amber

Gonzales, James Gonzales, Andrew Gonzales, Laurel Crawford, Cassie Nelson, Elijah Crawford, Austin Baker, Hailey Nelson, Maria Baker, Cayden Gutierrez, and Charlee Gutierrez; his great-great-grandchildren, Donavin Garcia and Luciana Garcia; and several beloved nephews and nieces.

Arthur's long life serves as an inspiration and a testament to perseverance, integrity, and humble service. His journey touched many along the way. May he be remembered fondly and rest in peace, knowing he leaves behind a legacy of profound familial love.
