Amelia Macias Escobedo

Amelia Escobedo, 85, was born in Santa Monica, California on May 25, 1925 and passed away in Downey, California on January 17, 2011.
Amelia is survived by her loving daughters, Jennie Contreras of Rosemead, Cecilia Sanchez of Fullerton and Rita Martin of Rancho Mirage. She also leaves one grandson, two step-grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held from 5-9Pm on Thursday, January 20, 2011 at Risher Montebello Chapel with the vigil service beginnin at 7pm.
Funeral mass will be held at 11am on Friday, January 21, 2011 at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Church 525 Garfield Ave.,Montebello, CA 90640. Intermet will follow at Resurrection Cemetery also in Montebello.
