Alexandra Markarian, 89, was born in Russia on January 23, 1923 and passed away at her residence in Montebello on January 19, 2013.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 5:00-9:00 pm in the Risher Montebello Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Cathedral in Montebello. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Alexandra is survived by her grandaughters, Melissa Markarian of Rosemead and Nikole Markarian of Long Beach and 2 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband of 30 years, Sumbat Markarian and her sons, George, Michael and Eddie Markarian.
