CATALINA CERVANTES
February 13, 1961 - September 24, 2020
The world has lost a beloved wife and mother on September 24th, 2020. Catalina Cervantes suffered, but it never stopped her from smiling, laughing and giving her grandchildren the best hugs. She passed away surrounded by the people she loved the most her children, husband and daughter's-in-law. Catalina was born in Nayarit, Mexico on February 13,1961. Catalina worked at Fourth Street Elementary as a playground supervising the little ones for a decade. She was amazing with the children and every kid she encountered loved her because of her compassion and patience she had towards them. Her colleagues knew her as a kind soul, always full of life and willing to cheer up kids with hugs. Her family feels honored and blessed for having Catalina in their lives, she made their lives more beautiful. Her children, her husband and her grandchildren will love her today and every day for the rest of their lives. She leaves behind her loving family: Husband Fermin Cervantes of Los Angeles, CA, Daughter, Alejandra Salcido of Pacoima, CA, Sons': Ariel Cervantes of South Gate, CA, Saul Cervantes of Los Angeles, CA, Sergio Cervantes (Wife Larissa) of Los Angeles, CA, Sister, Sofia Cervantes of Los Angeles, CA, along with other family and friends who will love and miss her dearly.
